Skip the long rows of pipe-and-drape booths. The K105.3 Wedding Experience turns The Theodore into a fully realized wedding celebration. Each space is styled as a different part of the day—bridal suite, groom’s room, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, and more—so you can experience décor, lighting, floral, music, food, and photo moments exactly as your guests would.

Instead of vendors standing behind tables, they’ll be set up inside these scenes, ready to walk you through how they bring a wedding to life.

Walk through a complete “wedding day” from getting ready to the last dance
See real tablescapes, floral designs, lighting, and rental setups in each room
Taste bites and sample drinks from caterers and bar services
Hear DJs and live musicians in action

Planning Party Bundle: $24 in advance for up to 4 guests (same entry time)

Tickets are sold in 30-minute arrival windows—please arrive during your selected time, then explore at your own pace until the event ends.

What You Need to KNow

Entry Times

Timed-entry tickets every 30 minutes (e.g., 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, etc.).
Maximum 50 tickets per entry window to keep the experience comfortable.
Please arrive during your selected 30-minute entry window.
Once checked in, you are welcome to stay until the event ends.

Check-in

Your confirmation email includes a QR code; all guests on your order can use the same code.
If your group will arrive separately, share the QR code so others can have it on their phone or printed.
Re-entry is allowed; please get a stamp from the check-in table before exiting the building.

Give-Aways

Each attending couple/party will receive a bag with information and swag from participating vendors (while supplies last).
Select vendors may offer samples.
Alcohol will be available for purchase at the bar. (ID REQUIRED)
Additional details on any drink sampling will be shared closer to the event

Parking

Parking is available on-site at The Theodore.
Overflow parking is available at:
- Family Services & Children’s Aid – next door to the west at 330 W. Michigan Ave.
- Flagstar Bank – across Michigan Ave from The Theodore.
Please follow posted signs and use care when crossing Michigan Ave.

Accessibility

We are currently awaiting confirmation on the installation of our elevator.
If you or a guest have difficulty with stairs, please email us in advance so we can discuss accessibility and make any possible arrangements if the elevator is not yet operational.
