Cravat Room
The Cravat Room seats 40+. Named after the Cravat Tie Knot it reflects the traditional wide structure of the knot. Featuring historic character with soft golden walls, metallic gold ceiling, original light fixtures, faux fireplace area, majestic columns, and beautiful hardwood floors.
Ascot Room
The Ascot Room seats up to 40. Named after the Ascot Tie Knot, traditionally made of silk you will find softness in this room. Featuring deep orange walls, metallic gold ceiling, original light fixtures, large double doors, tall windows, and beautiful hardwood floors.
Cravat & Ascot Rooms
When combined the Cravat & Ascot Rooms can seat 60+ and include the bonus Trigon Room which is great for added seating or buffet style food service. The baby grand piano adds extra ambiance.

These rooms can be rented individually or in addition to the Cravat & Ascot Rooms.
Uatu Room
The Uatu room seats up to 40. The Uatu Tie Knot is a nice square knot which is reflected in this room. Featuring gem tone blue walls, a beautiful chandelier, large double doors, tall windows, beautiful hardwood floors, and direct access to the Bow Tie Bar.
Juggerknot Room
The Juggerknot Room seats up to 24. The JuggerKnot is known as an anchor knot and this room would make the perfect anchor location for your Groom's Suite. Located separate from the other first floor rooms, it can offer a little more privacy. The room is connected to the Cravat Room through a hidden door.
Anubis Room
The Anubis Room is a stylish and inviting lounge area available to all events as a shared common space. With its rustic wood-paneled walls, intricate wood-trimmed ceiling, and large original pocket doors, this room combines charm and elegance. Perfect for mingling, relaxing, or informal conversations, the Anubis Room adds a touch of warmth and sophistication to every event hosted at The Theodore.
Fascinator Suite
The Facsinator Suite is designed with a Bride in mind and is named after the classicly beautiful lacy Facsinator Hat. Featuring plenty of seating, make-up stations with mirrors, and beautiful decor to create amazing photos.
Garrison Room
COMING SOON! The Garrison Room seats up to 50. Named after the Garrison Hat worn in the military it a very versatile room with lots of uses. Featuring luscious carpet, french doors, and a bar area.
Top Hat Room
COMING SOON! The Top Hat Room seats up to 100. Named for the traditional Top Hat this is a great room for more formal events. Featuring luscious carpet and french doors.
All rooms require a 4 hour minimum charge.
