Our event rooms are designed to be both beautiful and functional. Each event room includes dimmable lighting to help set the mood, bright can lighting in most spaces, and convenient floor outlets in the center of the room for flexible layouts, décor, presentations, and vendor setup.

The Uatu Room is a beautiful standalone space with jewel-toned blue walls, a chandelier, large double doors, tall windows, hardwood floors, and direct access to the Bow Tie Bar. This room is a great option for showers, meetings, cocktail-style gatherings, or intimate celebrations.

The Cravat Room offers a soft, elegant setting with golden walls, metallic gold ceiling, original light fixtures, faux fireplace, columns, and beautiful hardwood floors. Named after the Cravat Tie Knot, this room reflects timeless style and makes a lovely backdrop for showers, dinners, celebrations, and intimate events.

The Ascot Room features rich deep-orange walls, metallic gold ceiling, original light fixtures, large double doors, tall windows, and beautiful hardwood floors. Named after the Ascot Tie Knot, this warm and stylish room is a beautiful setting for showers, meetings, dinners, and celebrations.

When combined, the Cravat and Ascot Rooms create a spacious setting for larger gatherings. This layout includes the bonus Trigon Room, which works well for catering, buffet service, or added seating.

The Garrison Room is a warm and inviting space designed for gatherings of 30–40 guests. With carpet, French doors, and a bar area right in the room, it is a comfortable choice for showers, private parties, meetings, and intimate celebrations.

The Top Hat Room is our largest and most formal event space, making it a great choice for weddings, receptions, banquets, fundraisers, and larger celebrations. Named after the traditional Top Hat, this room offers a polished setting for events that call for extra space and elegance.
These rooms can be rented individually or in addition to the Cravat & Ascot Rooms.

The Bow Tie Bar is a charming add-on space that brings convenience and character to any first-floor event. Located directly adjacent to the Uatu Room, it works well for beverage service, cocktail-style gatherings, or keeping refreshments easily accessible while guests mingle.

The Juggerknot Room is our groom’s room, offering a comfortable and private space for the groom and his party to gather before the ceremony. Named after an anchor knot, this room is the perfect “anchor” location for the groom’s suite and connects to the Cravat Room through a hidden door.

The Fascinator Suite is designed with the bride in mind and named after the classic lacey Fascinator Hat. Featuring comfortable seating, makeup stations with mirrors, and beautiful décor, this suite creates a lovely space for getting ready and capturing memorable photos.

The Anubis Room is a stylish lounge area included with all events as a shared common space. With wood-paneled walls, intricate trim, large original pocket doors, and comfortable seating, this room adds warmth, charm, and sophistication to every event at The Theodore.
All rooms require a 4 hour minimum charge.
